"We loved the decor. We spent a lot of time looking at the pictures and the second floor activity room. Unfortunately, some of the castle was closed because it's winter and there was a lot of ice. The room was clean. It had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room was extremely warm and I didn't know how to put the air-conditioner on, so we had trouble sleeping. They had a restaurant and bar, but it was closed. We ended up walking to a local bar, Shorty's Southside, where we had dinner...

"Killer stay. Staff is friendly, not nosey. It is peaceful and private here. They are giving me special treatment in a handful of ways just for being a decent guest. The best part of staying here is definitely the staff, including the manager and the owner. "

"Everything great in the room just the breakfast was terrible we arrived the night before and the same hard like a rock bagels were there for breakfast terrible coffee and 2 lame yogurts plus old fruit I don’t think is healthy to keep food from day before there to save a buck or 2 so don’t count on the breakfast "

"The property has been around for a while and the furnishings aren't updated necessarily and look dated. However, everything was neat and clean, no frays and was quality. We only stayed one night but had a very relaxing time in the hot tub, pool, and sauna area. We wish we could have gotten a massage but this was last minute. The bed was clean and comfortable and my husband enjoyed his small breakfast. The price was very reasonable! Definitely would stay again! "
