"Good location, beachfront hotel but bit pricy compared to what i have paid for room & amenities. "

"We have requested to live in a higher level room during reservation. But they have still offered low level to us. And the door in shower room was not too user friendly. The floor became wet & stuck with the carpet towel when open the door. Choices for breakfast were just basic, can have way more food choices. The Brie cheese & yogurt kept on out of stock without refilling. Waffle & French toast were luke-warm. Might or might not come back."

"The position of the hotel. The public and pool areas. The Food. The staff . All excellent 10/10. The big problem is the hallways leading to the rooms and the rooms themselves are very dated . Carpets are dirty and stained . It really lets the hotel down"

"Well presented property all in close proximity of local eatiries, shopping and transport. Staff are well presented and helpful. They provide a good diverse breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again on my return to Pattaya."

"Hotel and the room is good. The walk to the beach from this hotel is not fun. Some of the staff is not friendly."

"Fantastic place to stay 10 out of 10 to all staff, including the gardening staff. Miss Bee on reception went the extra mile as nothing was a problem. House keeping with Miss Ben, Miss Dao and Miss Tan did a great job daily. Breakfast was again "top draw" with a massive range of foods from around the world. Would recommend to all as the place to stay."
