"Needs a bit of freshening up which is in progress. Room refresh being done. Noise was well managed and limited to between 8:30 or 9:00am and 3 or 4 pm. No impact in public areas. Staff is awesome."

"This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."
