"Room Mate Luca is an amazing place! Would highly recommend! Only a 10 minute walk to the center and/or the Duomo. Room was very cozy and clean and well set up. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. Most of all the staff at the front desk were very very helpful, personable and incredible! Augusto, Alexandra and Mudi thank you again for the unforgettable stay! We will be back soon! "

"Should you stay here? Bottom line: Yes! Pros: • Friendly staff – Helped me relocate here on one day’s notice when my original hotel wasn’t up to par, called me a cab upon departure, and even sent me off with a water bottle • Housekeeping is excellent – Rooms are consistently clean • LOCATION is unbeatable – Walkable to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Santa Croce, and the train station. "Loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Florence before going home. Wish we could have stayed for more days. Very nice staff, they held our bags for us until it was time to check in. When we came back from Pisa, our bags were in our room. I would definitely stay again. "
