"Jan was very welcoming.We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. "The property is just as described, with everything you might want deftly included in a small and chic space. Really handy for town - as long as you don't mind a hill! - and for the river. We were in town in less than 10 minutes and at riverside cafes in even less time. The location is quiet, and the balcony provided a lovely additional space when the sun shone."

"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."
