"Everything about this rental was as advertised. The main shopping area was just around the corner with both ASDA and M&S very close for groceries. Street parking was fine as 24 hour parking passes were provided. We did notice that on-street parking did fill up between 5pm and 8pm, but we could park nearby and move the car after 8pm without any problems. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting Harrogate."

"Village location in the yorkshire dales. Parking available but not guaranteed immediately outside of the apartment. Simple kitchen, but good enough to make meals. Comfy beds (2 doubles), good bathroom and living area (also has a sofa bed). Perfect for a weekend away to explore the local area. Would stay again."

"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"The property hadn’t been cleaned since the previous tenant. Had to find own alternative for the first night, and property not ready until 5.15 on second night. I don’t know who is responsible for scheduling cleaning, but this was a terrible start to what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. "

"Cottage is a good standard, great for a pit stop. Stayed for 2 nights. Very impressed with the Willow restaurant, gorgeous food. Piping hot, seems to be a theme around these parts, something I really appreciate! A bit disappointed that breakfast was only served until 9:30. "

"We stayed in Harrogate for a week at the flat. It was easy to find with easy parking and access. The flat was clean and in good order. The management of the flat was good overall. Our only issue was that we never worked out how to turn off the hall light at night and management could not help. Not a big issue overall!"

A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."
