"Stayed at this property for multiple days on a trip with my partner. 0 issues what so ever & communication with the host was great. This would be a great place to stay for family coming to visit a student. Set back enough where you won’t get unnecessary noise from parties and such but still well within easy walking distance to the center of town for all of the restaurants. Will stay here again if I’m ever back in town "

The house is newly renovated and immaculately clean, with beautiful finishes throughout. We all slept like rocks in the wonderfully comfortable beds. "The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was very well stocked. The lake and dock had nice easy access with sandy beach. The view was incredible and the Loons and we even had a Bald Eagle fly over. Great memories made with our Daughters and grandkids"

"i have never had such a quiet time wlhen staying at a lake home. we ha d the use of kayaks and canoe to paddle on the lake. a dock to swim off deck to sun our selves. our daughter and our grand children were with us. they went hiking at arcadia park and at baxter state park. but the camp made the whole thing it was just as advertised."

"James provided my friend and I with the perfect accommodations for a long weekend getaway! Checkin was very easy, the house was clean, and everything was very thoughtful. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware and all of the small appliances (coffeemaker, toaster oven, air fryer, slow cooker, you name it). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We LOVED the quadruple sliding glass doors that let us lounge in the living room but still feel connected to the outdoors!...
