Stairs in room - I had a foot injury, so it made it a challenge to go up & down the stairs in the room, and also a safety risk going up/down in the dark to the shower/bathroom. b. Lack of proper desk/chair in room. The "desk' was tiny, and the chair had no back, very uncomfortable. I had to ask housekeeping to lend a proper chair so I could use the desk to work. Thus, not really set up for a business traveler....
