"Nice hotel in an excellent location. There's a tram stop immediately outside, the main train station is about a 5 minute walk away and it's only a 10 min walk to the harbour / Allas Spa. The breakfast was great with a mix of full English and traditional Finnish offerings. Would stay here again without hesitation."

"Overall, the property layout is as expected. The bed in one of the room is well warn out with loose springs. The performance of the cleaning crew is well below grade, dusty, dirty dish in the dishwasher, one bed is not made, no extra linen and towels for the unmade bed, and no extra trash bags."

"I found the online “boarding pass” directions confusing. Great location, can walk to train station in a few minutes, and to shopping area and cathedral. The shower is a bit messy (you have to squeegee the floor after use) but works fine, Groceries just down the street. Couple of holes in the walls and in the couch make it feel slightly in need of some attention."
