And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"This is the first time I have stayed in these apartments. I stayed in the ones in Rovaniemi owned by the same company so I knew what to expect. They are on a quiet street which is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Helsinki. There is a small supermarket across the road and plenty of coffee shops in the area so you can enjoy the great choice of cakes. I would stay here again when I visit Helsinki."

"Booked for one night to see how the property was, ended up booking for another six nights. Close to the heart and soul of Helsinki. Felt safe inside, you have to use numeric key codes to enter everywhere, which is comforting. Five minute walk to the Ritzy shopping stores."

"Like: Great gym/facilities. Very nice staff. Quiet. Large room. Didn't like: a. Stairs in room - I had a foot injury, so it made it a challenge to go up & down the stairs in the room, and also a safety risk going up/down in the dark to the shower/bathroom. b. Lack of proper desk/chair in room. The "desk' was tiny, and the chair had no back, very uncomfortable. I had to ask housekeeping to lend a proper chair so I could use the desk to work. Thus, not really set up for a business traveler....

"This is a wonderful hotel. My daughter and I stayed for a few days and loved the location, the style of the hotel and the delicious breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. We also loved the guest sauna. It's a quick walk to lots of shops, transportation and restaurants, and not far from central station. We will stay here again."

"Overall a wonderful experience. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. Streetcar stop is conveniently at the front of the hotel and Mannerheimintie is right around the corner making the location superb. The only negatives were that the mini refrigerator was not very cold, the room was quite small and we spent a while looking for the power outlet in the bathroom! This was my second visit and I will definitely return!"
