"Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized."

"Might not look like much from the outside (as it needs some attention), but quite cozy, yet spacious, inside. Needs a few updates inside but overall pleasant. The entryway procedure is a bit cumbersome with so many doors (easier entry may be from the side). "

"We have cousins parties every other year, usually in Ohio. This house was by far our favorite. The game room and media room gave us hours of fun. The scavenger hunt throughout the property made for a fun hour long hike. We got a chance to chat with the owner and he was great making sure we were happy. Everything in the house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. It was such an easy stay for us since the house already had supplies like shampoo or trash bags etc. we loved everything about this...

Upstairs had it's own A/C unit, but it was getting cold that time of year and we had to go down the stairs to turn on the heat.
