"This hotel is very convenient for those travelling through Gare de Nord and Gare d'Est as it is situated between the two. It is easy to find on leaving the stations and the facade is clean and well maintained in a busy area of Paris. It makes a good base to explore the rest of Paris from as well. I stayed one night at this lovely hotel and wish it had been longer. It is clean, comfortable and felt very safe as a lone woman traveller. The staff member encountered at reception was very friendly...

"Good location close to metro. However the room (Feeling Good/Junior Suite) did not have central heating or a heating unit. There was a space heater in the room only. The shower/hammam was not separate so the room got humid/foggy quickly. The wallpaper was peeling. Switch cover for the lights was not attached to the wall. Seems it may have been nice initially but now not upkept. Nice lobby. Honest bar at night. "

"Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!"
