The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, the overhead rain shower in our room was outstanding and we only had a basic room. What we loved about our stay was how kind and genuine the staff was to us every day. We would definitely stay here again. Also so many residents close by and easy public transportation access. It was simply fabulous."

"The hotel is very pretty. I really love the decor. Our room was pretty spacious for three people. All the people in the front desk are very friendly and helpful. We booked an early check-in but ended up checking in at the actual check-in time due to our train departing late from London. The receptionist didn't charge us for it. I love the fact that besides breakfast, they have tea time where you can lounge and get free pastries, coffee, tea, etc. We also had free water in the room. We walked everywhere from our hotel. Lots of must see places nearby. We'll stay there again."
