"My wife and I had a lovely stay at the flat in St Medard en Jalles. The owner, Sylvie, was very helpful and friendly explaining to us about the locality and giving advice on things to do. "The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights."

"The booking process was a nightmare because the Web site wouldn't accept my credit card. Jacobo saved the day by phoning me and it took my card over the phone. Who knew? He was a delight as a host.
