"What you would expect from a 5 star hotel: great service great breakfast buffet, and large, comfortable rooms. This hotel is also in a perfect central location to all the Porto sights! It was Easter during our stay, and when we arrived back at the hotel at night, they had left a note with chocolate eggs and a traditional, Portuguese Easter cake for us!"

"Though the hotel was gorgeous, it somehow lacked the warmth of comfort we were expecting. Check-in was odd the way it was off to the side, and nobody really helped us with any of our questions. A concierge was not around, and any question we had was just quickly and somewhat apathetically answered.
