"We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point"

"Amazing hosts. Great communication even before we arrived in Portugal. Our train was late coming in to Porto. Thank you Sarah for your patience and your warm guided tour of the place. Booklet provided in the room gave us very useful and detailed info to all near by shops. Beautiful and meticulous design. Very comfortable beds. Centrally located. "What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. "Parking is very confusing- and it is extremely difficult to park in front of the property. Might be best to find a garage first and then take trips to unload. No issues if you take a taxi to the place. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay in Porto. "

"Great location. Toilet had issues where you had to wiggle the lid to get the water to work all the time. While we stayed there there was construction going on regularly starting pretty early on the morning. That was quite annoying. "Is a great location to stay in central Porto. Central to everything. Very close to bar district. Right beside the tower in Porto making it easy to find. Place was clean and well stocked. One thing to be aware of is the elevator is small and hits only every second floor so some steps are required. It's not located directly on a street that has car access. Driving in Porto can be a challenge so plan your route accordingly. The parking they provide might be 400 m and 300 ft in elevation...
