"The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here."

"Pros: - Very nice breakfast. - Good location. - Parking. - Well sized rooms. Cons: - Some of the cleaning staff is rude and doesn't clean well. - The hotel allows policemen to join the breakfast buffet while carrying fire guns and large rifles. My son was very scared about it. If the hotel wants to give them food, why not allocate a special place to let then be served? - Water in the pool is very cold. - Air conditioner is very week and windows don't close properly. Would I stay there again...

"The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball. We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. "maintenance keep up with the maintenance "

"Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement...
