"The place was clean. Thought it was a house with kitchen but it’s more of a hostel. Rooms were nice. Communication was very difficult since we speak English."

"We stayed at this property for 9 days and had an incredible experience. It was my son’s first spring break, a much needed vacation for my father, and a surprise proposal all wrapped in one. They were very responsive to our inquiries and provided us with travel arrangements for moving through the city. It was definitely a vacation to remember."

"We loved our stay. The accommodation was unique and extremely comfortable. Everything from the bed to the showers to the heated floors made our stay very enjoyable. Being able to sit in the hot springs at night was amazing. The food was excellent too. We will be back!"

Hotel Rincon de Puembo, BW Signature Collection

"The property is beautiful, the staff friendly, and when my husband and I had to leave at 4am to catch a flight, they had box breakfasts prepared for us. At most hotels, incredibly more expensive hotels, if you have to leave at 4am when the kitchen is closed, you're just SOL. Imagine my surprise when they offered that little treat! I would definitely return and highly recommend. "
