"The weekend staff is totally different from the week one, they are not very accommodating, we waited standing up after 16 hours drive for our room to be ready as the waiting room was full, once we got our room the heater wasn’t working but we thought it would be on at certain times , unfortunately we were so tired we fell asleep in a frozen room , it was very uncomfortable.
