"We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. It was very clean on arrival, everything was even better than advertised. Lana has so many nice touches for travelers little extras that so many places don’t provide. We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there and the beach is just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable and while being a smaller place there was plenty of room for us to visit with our daughter and her boyfriend that live close by. I couldn’t have asked...

"The only complaints we had we noticed during day 2 while cleaning. The rug downstairs was very dirty and behind the couches weren’t swept at all. The hot water only lasted about 8 minutes which also sucked. And the knifes are terrible please buy a new set. And a bigger frying pan/skillet there was only 1 medium sized one, and the cast iron pan so that put a damper on cooking on the stove. "We only stayed for a couple of days but well kept, clean & good location on the beach. Very responsive property management. If we pass through in the future, would stay again. "

"You can’t get a better location between Panama and 30A. Absolutely amazing views. Very open space and the bedrooms were a great. The decks were amazing however the deck furniture was pretty dirty, definitely stained one of my shirts. The towels could use a refresh too and they were hard to find. The views and the ocean though, could not be any better!!!"

"Great place for large groups as it has separate sleeping quarters; several bedrooms on the 3rd level one with a king sized bed and bedroom with king sized bed and bunkbeds downstairs. Deck off the lower level with access to the beach just steps away. and a deck off the 2nd floor where there is a dinning room, kitchen and bathroom and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and they have a dishwasher. Neighbors are great and very helpful. "

"The house if very conveniently located. It was so nice to just be able to walk across the street and be on the beach, but to also have the pool in the back yard. It was not an issue for us, but for some people, it could be a problem that the only access to the upstairs is from outside. Communication with property owners was excellent. The area was very nice. No complaints!"
