"I always enjoy the food here, not one complaint about the food or service in the bar/ restaurant. A complaint I had is that there was a staff member at the front desk was just rude and unhelpful and when we went back there was a lovely gentleman who helped us out. Otherwise the room was stunning, the view was even better! One thing that this hotel has that many lack is hot water! Will be back!"

"Very impressive view on the 18th floor with 3 sides floor to ceiling windows. This is the most beautiful view I ever had in a hotel. Room is very comfortable with easy to control room temperature. The shower is very big, good water pressure and hot water. It just leaked a bit on the seam at the bottom. The hotel area is safe but not really safe to walk. On weekdays it's very busy with tons of traffic and very dangerous to cross streets. There are very few cross walks around the building. The only cross walk was at the back of the building but I didn't know so I crossed in the unmarked area and was almost hit. There is no free bottle water in the room but there are couple of convenient stores near by. One is at the back of the block called Foodie and it got lots of choices. The other one is in the strip mall on the east side, need to cross the busy street. The hotel breakfast buffet is very good with lots of choices but it's pricey. We only ate once there and once in the Bar Blue. The service of the breakfast is good but the Bar Blue was strange. We sat down for over 10 min and no one even looked at us and it was not even busy. There are some good restaurants in the strip mall on the east and in the building on the west. We walked on Cinta Costera during the afternoon all the way to Mercado de Mariscos near the old town. It's doable but very hot and sunny. We took Uber to the Multi Plaza Mall and only cost $2.47, very convenient and cheap."

"Great hotel in a great location for an overnight. $18 uber ride from the airport. Several really good restaurants behind the hotel. 2 minute walk. We tried Assisi, a little Italian place - great food, great prices. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotels. Stayed at the Hampton Inn on our inbound trip and the Ramada is a massive upgrade!!!!!"

"property is central, front desk staff is friendly. rooms are very spacious, wooden floors (no carpet), very nice views of the panama skyline from my room. Machines in the gym seemed a little old and the light at the back of my bed didnt work properly but i wasnt staying in the room much in the evening so ultimately these things did not affect my stay in a significant way. It would have been nice to have a pool in the property like so many hotels in the city do but i suppose you cannot have everything. I still rate my stay to be excellent there. "
