"Nice hotel, but seemed understaffed and under resourced. Check in went well and we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready. But the lounge/bar experience was lacking. I ordered a cocktail off the menu only to be told that they didn’t have Prosecco to make it. I then ordered a dish from their menu and was once again told it wasn’t available. It alll got figured out and they were nice about it. Also a bit of a wait at breakfast as only one person seemed to be working with customers...

"I was in Panama solo, as an older woman for 10 days to get my retirement visa. I had a huge, 2 room suite on the 31st floor which was lovely. I had a walk-in closet, huge king size bed, living room, amazing views & a full, delicious breakfast every morning. Coffee & fridge in my room. All for $84 a night. It's walkable & across from a mall. Staff was kind, patient & helpful as I am just learning Spanish. Can't wait to go back!!"

"The Hilton has not failed me yet! The hotel was excellent! The location is ideal, good resturants within the hotel as well as surrounding, the pool was nice (a little cold for my liking but a great area), and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the room was just a nice place to relax when inside. The water was not super hot but got the job done. "The hotel is located in an area that has seen better days. The mall next door is mostly empty. The hotel has floors that are accessible but empty. The pool was good. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very good. "
