"This hotel has a lot to offer and it was a modern refuge for me. The main reasons I booked this hotel was the jacuzzi and laundry service. However you have to book time in the jacuzzi and it was difficult to track down the person responsible for booking ans he seemed overly busy and then it wasn’t very hot and ended up making my skin itch. The food and service were good in the restaurant. I ended up on the wrong elevator and had difficulty finding the lobby as several floors had lights off and...

"It was quiet and yet in the middle of a busy walkable area. Great breakfast. Great wifi reception. Beautiful gardens. Ask them to help you understand how to control the shower temperature. "

"Hotel was great value for the price. Rooms were comfortable but walls are a bit thin, can hear a bit of noise sometimes. The hot spring pool is a huge bonus, spent a lot of time in there. Restaurant was good ate a couple of dinners there. Good view of the lake too. "

"Pleasant stay, they allowed me to check in early which was wonderful after a long flight and shuttle from Antigua. I was unaware there was a wedding going on while I was there so it was quite loud until early in the morning but I understand that. Overall I enjoyed my stay and thought the town was super cute.
