"Very beautiful and welcoming. Staff is very attentive and working hard to address any issues or concerns. I didn’t venture off facilities, but there are places you can travel to that is not far away. My only issue was that the when I used the public hot tub it was a bit dirty from the nature that fell into it and it was warm at best. Not really hot. Everything I’d enjoyed and would recommend doing tour and the spa after. "

"This is one of the nicest airport hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect the quality in amenities or service. I feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. I will say that I was there with a group and not all rooms were created equal. The first half of my trip my room open onto the pool and the second half I was in the bridal suite. "This resort is very well kept and nestled in the forest. Our back patio in our private casita looked out at the forest and we saw monkeys in the trees in the morning. The massage area is so relaxing while in a private area overlooking the forest. The dining area has really good food. The staff is really nice. The pool area is very relaxing with a swim up bar. Very relaxing and beautiful all around. "
