"This place is amazing! It is beautiful, and the grounds are so well kept by the hard working, friendly, workers! The food is fantastic!! A huge thank you to the chef, Christian! He helped my husband find gluten free options, and even prepared special foods for him. He was very kind, and offered delicious meals! We loved the beech, and always found place to sit in the shade. The pool was also great, in a beautiful setting, with a nice swim up bar! We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!!"

It is a small resort on a big property so the staff get to know you by name. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the property was spectacular. Lots of monkeys and iguanas and birds. We recommend this resort to anyone wanting to take in the beautiful Costa Rican culture."

"This is the best Four Seasons I have stayed at. The staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. I love the WhatsApp chat for easy communication. The surf school was a hit with the kids and they loved the ropes course/zip line expedition. The food is all really nice quality and I like that there is no single-use cheap plastic cups around the pool, it's all nice drinkwear. Nightly my kids enjoyed the free offerings like churros station, s'mores, ice cream buffet,etc. They also loved the teen club to make bracelets and play basketball. Bahia restaurant was great - shout out to Cheeky (best server!) and Beto. "

"Exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly and polite and helpful. Probably good to understand property is steeply tiered on a hill. Shuttles on resort were regular, but steep walk if one doesn’t take shuttle. Did scuba through outside company which exceeded expectations. Dining options were great for all-inclusive. "

"Easy drop off for an early flight. The hotel is nice a convenient. Very nice pool area with indoor or outdoor, poolside dining. Our experience was really good, the only downside of being in a warm climate is having air conditioning in your rooms and with hotel air conditioners they can wake you up from your sleep because of noise and also your body temperature can go from hot to cold. Otherwise bed and room was very good!"
