Sure food options are more limited than an all inclusive but you’re 1.5 hours aways from any city and we never went hungry. "This place is amazing! It is beautiful, and the grounds are so well kept by the hard working, friendly, workers! The food is fantastic!! A huge thank you to the chef, Christian! He helped my husband find gluten free options, and even prepared special foods for him. He was very kind, and offered delicious meals! We loved the beech, and always found place to sit in the shade. The pool was also great, in a beautiful setting, with a nice swim up bar! We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!!"

It is a small resort on a big property so the staff get to know you by name. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the property was spectacular. Lots of monkeys and iguanas and birds. "This is the best Four Seasons I have stayed at. The staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. I love the WhatsApp chat for easy communication. The surf school was a hit with the kids and they loved the ropes course/zip line expedition. The food is all really nice quality and I like that there is no single-use cheap plastic cups around the pool, it's all nice drinkwear. Nightly my kids enjoyed the free offerings like churros station, s'mores, ice cream buffet,etc. They also loved the teen club to make bracelets and play basketball. Bahia restaurant was great - shout out to Cheeky (best server!) and Beto. "

"Exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly and polite and helpful. Probably good to understand property is steeply tiered on a hill. Shuttles on resort were regular, but steep walk if one doesn’t take shuttle. Did scuba through outside company which exceeded expectations. Dining options were great for all-inclusive. "
