The vastness of the out doors with a fire pit and things for the kids to play on, climb and explore was absolutely terrific. "Arrived at property unable to access unit. Code didn't work Owner came to property to open unit. Due to cold weather, struggled to get door open. Once opened we discovered a few inches of water throughout the unit. It was flooded due to pipe burst. As of today, still no refund and have received no response from owner. I have used VRBO and never had an issue. We felt bad for the owners when we saw the flooded unit but were promised a refund immediately. As of today 12/27 no response from owner...
