The elevator was out which is not something that can be controlled but its price should have been adjusted. Our room had a smell of a dead animal and the beds were not comfortable.

At first I thought this wouldn’t be good because it’s on a main busy street with a lot of businesses but that wasn’t the case. Actually our room faced the road and it was pretty quiet. Thought I’d hear a lot of road noise but I didn’t. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you
