"Hotel is very poorly signposted. Most of the villas were unoccupied and gave the feeling of a ghost town. No wifi in the villas."

"It was very difficult to find from Setubal and if they’d given better directions from highway it would have saved us 3 hours of stress trying to locate it via several passer-by people most had no English, so language difficulties occurred. We did not have Satnav in hire car and phones no use as English ones that only good for photos or on WiFi. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel and staff spoke English and very friendly. "Service from everyone of the staff was excellent!! Loved that the hotel took the time to celebrate my wife’s birthday with me which was surprising given the fact all I did was mention her birthday at the front desk. Definitely a five star plus rating from us !!! "

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "
