"Property is conveniently located on the beach and a block away from restaurants; shops; and conveniences. Building is secure. Although the unit is dated, it is clean and very well equipped with all that you would need. Management was very attentive to any issues we encountered. The only word of caution is that the public beach is a noisy environment at all hours, especially weekends!"

"The apartment was exactly as described. Adorable, spacious with well stocked kitchen. My 19 year old daughter and I stayed here. Its location is in a local neighborhood - not in a touristy area, which we liked and it’s a short drive to Condado, old San Juan, and other areas. Everyone in the neighborhood we encountered was super friendly and there were always delicious smells of cooking in the hallway on the way up to the apt. It was perfect for what we were looking for. "This was the perfect location for our family. The balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or teenagers who wanted some privacy to sit outside in the evening.
