It was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for the week, including beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, cooler, you name it! A storm came through and briefly knocked out the power, but the condo even had flashlights and candles. Having the parking spot in the garage was so convenient. We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. "The apartment was great! Great location, large terrace which overlooked Calle de la Luna. This is where we spent most of time. Very clean, kitchen was good for preparing simple meals. Master bedroom was roomy. The second bedroom was small but comfortable. Three flights of stairs were no problem for us."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

The balcony was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the stunning views.
