"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. "We were welcome by Nicoletta who make every effort to answer all our concerns .All the staffs including the team at the boat house ,staff organising the volleyball in the afternoon cleaners and porters are courteous and make me proud to be Mauritian leaving abroad ."
