"Overall a fantastic stay for my 30th birthday! The staff are all so helpful and attentive. What we loved: Staff gave me a birthday cake surprise at dinner - thank you so much Sayid. "A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! "Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool.
