"I had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the two toucans that visited us in the morning. "We had a great time here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the town and lots of food recommendations. The inside of the rooms felt dated, but the pool/restaurant area was pretty and clean and we were offered drinks while sitting there. All of our tours were able to pick us up from the gate next to the waterfall. There's also tons of trees surrounding the hotel where macaws like to gather. "The property was next to the jungle as described. There is no sign at the property so it is difficult to find and when the driver spoke to the host, she was rude and disrespectful. When I complained she asked me if I wanted to cancel reservation after the shuttle had already arrived and was paid for. The host gives costa ricans a bad name.
