"One of best hotels i ever stay, service and kidness are on another level. We got room upgrade, we were constanly given small gifts and candies. Service is fast and there is always someone available. "Where do we begin? Right at the arrival we are greeted by the ever smiling and attentive ‘Merry’, as usual going beyond customer service! We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there.
