"This condo is exactly as the pictures show. The place is beautifully decorated and it has everything you need. Very clean. It is a great location right on the lake. The lake has a sidewalk around it, there are also fountains and an island with a waterfalls. People are so friendly here. We did not get any noise from Twisted Tuna. The pool is usually around 89 and the whirlpool is delightful. There are so many wonderful restaurants right in the neighborhood. The ocean is walking distance...

"This was our second 1-month stay at this property and it was as nice, if not nicer, as the first. Clean throughout, well stocked, quiet and cozy, and has a wonderful, large screened porch overlooking the beautiful grounds and Carlin Park. The complex is extremely well maintained and is within walking distance to the beach, Carlin Park, the Maltz Theater, and Publix Supermarket. We had a great stay with zero complaints. The complex and area around it were nice and quiet, definitely not a spring break party crowd area.
