The front desk staff was great. It was really nice to be offered champagne upon arrival. Checked in quickly and easily around 4:30. Went to dinner recommended by Steve at the front desk and it was great. Beds were comfortable. Disappointed by a closed heated pool and hot tub after dinner. For people that check in around 4 it seemed crazy that hot tub and pool were closed at sunset. Very annoying after a long drive. No free breakfast. More is expected for “resort” prices.

The property was lovely! The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful… There was a bartender at the tiki bar that was borderline nasty and full of attitude. Needless to say, I only went there once…Mark, the beach chair guy was very professional and just a nice guy.

We liked the property. Its beachfront and the beach is clean. I wish they offeted beachchairs but there is a service there to pay. Staff is very friendly. Parking is free on site. Price is affordable. Their cable/internet connection went out when it rained and we had to call every night. But they fixed tge problem immediately. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

The location and beach access were excellent. With the exception of 2 front desk attendants I felt most staff to be unfriendly and not approacheable depending on the client or customer they were helping throught the property. The beach valet was excellent. I did enjoy the linger longer option provided.

Steve at the front desk was AWESOME. He is so funny and has a great personality!! Everything was very nice but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the neighbors above us were extremely loud so it made it hard to fall asleep.
