"The property manager met me on site and did a walkthrough and explained the features of the property and appliances. He had information about Aruba available. He was just a phone call away if I needed anything. The property was very clean with all up to date appliances. The privacy pool was amazing just wish it was heated so that we could utilize it more. February is their winter so after sunset the pool was cold. I will most definitely come back and book this property again."

"Bakval was a wonderful property! The place was clean, the manager was the best ever! Pool was right out the door, there were no kids! It was close to the beaches, the major hotels, so much to do and to see! The number one item that made this place the best was the price it was great. We will book here again! "

"We had a very nice stay at Merlot Villas! Frank was very responsive and thorough with communication. We had a maintenance man come by and was very helpful. We wish there would have been more towels provided, and the cooler for the beach had broken wheels so it didn’t come in handy when needed. The pool was clean but the surrounding area was not real clean and needs an update. Some beach chairs were also broken. Overall, the property was clean and accommodating. The location is wonderful! "We had a wonderful time and enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately there had been guests just before us who had destroyed a lot and many things were not replaced or fixed when we arrived. One apartment did not have hot water despite 3 checks of the system. One thing we missed was availability of more ice cubes. Why not install an ice machine. We also missed not getting fresh bed linen in the middle of our stay of 16 nights. But all in all we had a wonderful time"
