"This is an excellent, modern hotel. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding. The food in the poolside restaurant and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The prices seemed high at first, but about the same as any other restaurant in Aruba, so it's not any cheaper to eat outside the hotel. The pools and jacuzzi were wonderful and cleaned every morning. The private beach was small, but convenient and the lawn chairs and cabanas were free, but you have to get there before 11:00 to find a spot. The beach was rocky when you go in the water so bring some water shoes. You can buy lotion and snacks in the hotel but they are crazy expensive so make sure you bring enough lotion with you . . . and maybe do without snacks (it's better for you anyway). I highly recommend this hotel. The service was outstanding and it is less than a mile walk from the Palm Beach area and tons of restaurants and shopping."

"Grounds were beautiful what I would expect from a St.Regis property..What we didn't like is the lack of communication and support from concierge.The rooftop restaurant the bartenders were exceptional,We had stopped in the first night for a sunset cocktail and was so thrilled with the atmosphere we decided to make a reservation there and cancel at a different location and we specifically asked the hostess if we could sit outside she said of course.We arrive for dinner and she puts us at a table inside! When I asked why is she seating us inside after we were told specifically had the conversation about eating outside she responded that's for larger groups! We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of empty tables out there..Very disappointed in both her ability to understand that we canceled another place because we were told we could eat outside that night.i honestly couldn't believe this was a St.Regis establishment "

"We had a great experience with Holiday Inn, only issue was room assignments but they did manage to accommodate us later during our stay. We also had a beach wedding here & that was amazing, met all of our expectations!"
