"We needed a place that was close to our kids for a few days and was big enough for our small group, and this home did not disappoint. The home was nicely kept and warm during the cold temperatures of a Colorado winter and was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again."

We access to everything we needed and it was a good place to relax and catch up with family members we don’t often see. "The barn house was perfect for our family skiing vacation to Powderhorn. The home is well decorated and equipped and the hot tub was wonderful apres skiing! Would recommend this home for those planning on a vacation in the Grand Junction area."

"The property lived up to its name—Cozy Cottage! The decor was very welcoming, and I had everything I needed. It is right on the street, but there is plenty of parking right in front of the cottage, and it was super easy to get in and out. The hosts reached out multiple times to make sure I was settled in and to see if I needed anything. It was the perfect home base!"

"We visit Fruita once or twice a year and love to stay at the rentals managed by Kristy and Mike. This property worked well for 2 adult couples and our dogs. Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably."
