"This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. "This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication."
