"We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). It also smells great and realizing in the bathroom thanks to natural essential oil reeds. The surrounding area is okay, morning walk...

"The customer service was amazing !! They were accommodating and attentive to your need! Thumb up to the staff and thank you for greeting me so well ! The only downside of the hotel was the room size. It was really small like a box and not much room to hang your clothes. "

"This is a unique property right on the Spanish Steps. Our room was the Suite which had its own balcony looking over the steps about halfway up. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The only negative was the lack of an onsite restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was available at a slight discount directly across the Piazza di Spagna from the hotel, though this was mediocre"
