"This property is.located a little outside Palombara Sabina, but still within easy access of supermarkets, bars and gelato! It is a good sized property for 4 adults and a couple of kids. The dawn chorus is incredible and the views down the valley and across to beautiful hilltops have to be seen. "Place is located about 7-8 miles from Rome - with traffic it takes about 35-40 min to center of the city. We had room and bathroom floor on 1st level (queen size bed) and there was a room (3 twin beds) and bathroom. We also had kitchen/living room area (plates, glasses, silverware, pans). Property is clean. You will need car to get around - its not walking distance to anything - which it didnt bother us, we had car.
