"The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Location is great for being central and walkable to most parts of Palermo and adjacent neighborhoods. It was fairly quiet the day before Christmas Eve but I imagine is a bit more lively on usual weekends. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but totally fine. And the pool was nice for a quick dip and some sun in the middle of the...
