"The staff and service at this hotel were amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly, more importantly, they were very attentive when we called. My only pet peeve was the air conditioning, although it seems you control it in the room, you really don't. We called a few times due to the lack of a/c to find out that they actually control it from the reception area at the lobby. Also, you had to run the hot water for about 3 minutes for it to kick-in - quite a waste of water and time."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of fresh fruit and delicious pastry options. The staff were exceptional and super helpful. Not only that, the location was perfect right in the heart of Palermo full of restaurants, cafes, stores, museums, and transportation. Highly recommend this hotel!"
