"This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. "There are many positives to share and only one negative… On the plus side: the location is simply unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the included breakfast was fantastic. On the negative side- the room walls must be incredibly thin, as I could hear snoring every night from the room next door and when they were on the phone or using their TV it was as if we were sharing a room. I think I’d stay again because of all the positives, but I’m a light sleeper and it was a bit tough."

"We loved Steam House. The room had real character and the location was great. There were 2 adults and 2 children and, even with 2 single beds and a queen size bed, plus our luggage, the room felt spacious and was well equipped.
