"Excellent location, room is big enough, bed is really comfortable, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in Italy, my only issue was with the air conditioner that wouldn't turn on at first, then someone from the lobby helped me get it running but after about 1-2 hours it went back to not working, left the window open (thankfully the temperature was good outside) but then the noise grows exponentially which makes it a bit difficult to fall asleep."

"Excellent apartment - main bedroom and living area each had excellent A/C units. Upstairs bedroom A/C unit leaked water on the floor and could not use, Only other hiccup was the hot water supply which was plentiful when turned on from adjacent apartment unit. Was not on when we checked in and could not shower until 2 pm the next day. Then was turned off again the night before check out but got it turned on early next morning so we could shower before check out. Otherwise, an excellent bed...

"Via Pratello is in a location that allows walking to most major sights in Bologna. It has wonderful small bars and restaurants just outside on the street. Because of the internal courtyard, outside noise from surrounding establishments is not an issue when the courtyard door is closed. A major problem for the apartment is the tenants within the apartment complex. One in particular chooses to blast loud music and sing along with it during the night! Ear plugs did not help.
