"I tried for a week to cancel and kept being told by hotels,com their system was down. I booked this hotel because it said it offered hotel pick-up . When I contacted them on your message boards they said they did for 100 euros. Eventually when I spoke to hotels.com they chose to believe the hotel when they said I was lying even though the conversation was on the hotels. Com message board . "

There were food and beverage options next door and across the street, and a market very nearby. The layout of our room was great. It was nice to have a mini kitchen.
