"Clean and nice property and value for the money for the price"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. It was just as depicted and and more. Perfect location, within walking distance of a lot of bars and especially the beach which we loved. The host was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the entire stay. The VRBO was clean, nicely decorated, inviting, and easy to access/ locate. Looking forward to coming back to Chicago one day and possibly staying here again."

"We were in town for a cubs game and stayed. Nice spot not too far from Wrigley with some interesting spots near it with lots to do. We slept six comfortably. There is only one bathroom which was cutting it close for 6 but other than that it was an enjoyable stay."

"The property and the stay were great. VRBO uses a messenger system to communicate with the property owner. If you are not using the app, just the website, you don't get notifications of any communication. I had to go looking around on the website for the method of contacting the owner before I found the messenger function. This isn't the owners problem."

"Beautiful studio in the heart of the historic district with a very homey feel. I work in Chicago and this gave me an ability to cook meals and feel more “normal” than in a hotel. Beautiful street, nice neighborhood, comfy bed, great hosts. I would stay there again."

"The outside of the apartment was bad and the driveway is completely in disarray, so are the steps to the apartment. Inside the apartment was okay to look at (looked clean). However, the sofa back fell off when I leaned back (I weigh~120 lbs). Similarly, the dustbin was broken. I think the furniture can be updated. The keypad stopped working, and I got help even on Saturday pretty promptly - I did like that. So mixed review overall. (The location was very close to Northwestern, which was great)."

"Overall my husband and I were happy with the studio apt. Communication with the host was easy and the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The place was centrally located with easy access to shops/restaurants as well as the Metra system to take us into Chicago. The one drawback is that there are no windows but the skylight adds enough natural light to the space and we were there to sightsee and not stay for extended periods in the apartment."
