"Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."

We had a friendly, female tabby cat that was missing an eye adopts us. She kept us company each day. We named her Sammy. I hope the next guests enjoy her as much as we did. "

"The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere! "

"We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for your stay including a fantastic pool. The location is great as it's close to a variety of great beaches and Athens. Also close are a large shopping mall and a water park. Katerina was a lovely host and helped us with transfers from/to the airport, food shopping and advice on getting around. We had free use of her car and she even baked us cakes! Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday."

"I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). "The properties we excellent and well maintained. The host, Penny, provided great communication to all my question, and also providing a lot of local information to help us enjoy our stay. The property is split into two accommodations, which has three double bedroom And a basement with additional bedrooms space. There was plenty of room and the properties were well furnished, modem and the kitchen had everything you needed. "

The elevator and kitchen on each floor made the stay very comfortable. The pool is great with clean water that feels like home.
