"This property is a 16th century villa that is absolutely amazing! Ana was a fabulous hostess who took the time to share the villa’s intriguing history with us. Breakfast was extraordinary with cooked-to-order eggs, a variety of hams, cheeses, fruit and pastries. I’d go back tomorrow if I could. Don’t miss this place if you go to Rome!"

"We stayed here to ensure early entry to the Vatican Museum for a tour. We were very impressed by the location, which is genuinely perfect for the Vatican Museum, but also by the cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort of the room. "Best accomodation in rome!! I really highly recommand it!! The room was really tidy and modern. I think it is recently renovated. There’s an elevator which is rare in rome. Walking distance to vatican and local mart and restaurants. Beread, snacks and drinks are kept refilled during our stay. Manager katerina was really kind and helpful and kept contact with me. I definitely stay here again when I come back to rome!!"

"Very nice host. The location is very walkable to the Vatican City and there is a bus stop right across the street that goes to city center of Rome. The building is a bit old but the rooms are cleaned everyday. "

"Extremely friendly host. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, just have to ask or look in the fridge. Terrace was an excellent benefit. Location was perfect if you want to visit the Vatican, and not far by bus or metro from anywhere else you’d want to go. VERY close to the train station - getting to the airport was a breeze. Comfy bed. Would stay again! "

"A very nice, updated apartment conveniently located 3 blocks from The Vatican. Safe area. The host, Guido, graciously allowed us to drop off our luggage early and greeted us upon arrival. Our room was nice and had a safe and a room key. The fridge was filled with juice, milk, fruit and other foods. Wonderful 3-night stay while we explored Rome. "

"The property is very clean and quite well positioned if you plan to walk a lot around the Western part of Rome. The check-in was pretty straightforward and the host easy to talk to. The only big deal was the lack of sound proofing. Whenever the guest's in the other rooms used the tap water or toilet in their rooms you could hear the water flowing like it was close to your head. In my 4-nights trip I wasn't able to get a full night of uninterrupted sleep because of this."

"Neat and utilitarian. Do not expect frills. My reservation was for a unit with two double beds and a sleeper couch. We arrived early and were offered early check-in rather than storing our bags. We were told that there were two double beds in this alternate room. It was technically true. However, one of the double beds was a sleeper couch. "We had an amazing stay here. The staff were amazing, super helpful! We stayed there for my partners birthday and the staff got balloons for me and placed them in the room. The food was amazing at breakfast. If we return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again!"

"We adored our short stay! The staff was so friendly and hospitable. They allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after check-out when our flight out of Rome got delayed, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was modern! The hotel itself had a lot of character and was close to the Vatican and tons of restaurants and shops. Grazie mille!"

"First time visitor to Rome (and Italy) before we set-off we set-up WhatsApp to communicate which was very helpful! Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from Vatican City, we took a taxi into Rome for €15. Emilia and Fabrizio were great hosts who met us there and were also available to message anytime.
