The views in three directions where of the beautiful Matauwhi Bay with picturesque boats anchored all the way around. The interior of the manor felt like we were staying in Downton Abbey. "Our team of 15 teachers stayed for one night while up North on a professional development weekend. The house was a convenient location and a good size. Our only disappointment was that some rooms were locked meaning that our teachers had to share beds. We had anticipated that the entire house would be available to us and therefore extra beds and bedrooms in the cottage. Other than that we had a lovely stay.
